Chapter Leader UX/UI
As a Chapter leader UX/UI at Gol Linhas Aéreas I created the Design Ops area (based on Norman/Nielsen principles), standardized Figma file process, UX/UI hiring processes, created a library of frameworks for discovery and opened a space to discuss UX/UI among designers during our cerimonies. We also presented several case studies to expand the UX culture in the company and began the Design System project for Gol and its affiliated brands.
