
Context
We had an offer page on the web, but its content needed some changes to drive more sales. On the app we had an offer link that connected to the mobile web page. The first step was to make some changes on the web and keep its link on the app. The second step was to design a page inside the app and test if the conversions would get better since the page would load faster. My role: Chapter Leader UX/UI, Designers: Gabriel Cardoso and Diego Henrique Blanca.

Challenge
The offer page has a dynamic content, so we could just work with the components that offered that possibility. We used three components with dynamic content features and designed the page around that.

Discovery
Many areas were involved during the discovery phase: marketing, e-commerce, UX, the sales tribe and developers. We proposed three canvases to work on: the first was an understanding of the constrains, the second was a bench mark analysis and the third was a crazy eight were we drafted wireframes by hand to better understand the order and hierarchy of the components in the page.

Delivery and results
The page rose offer sales in all platforms and boosted sales in the app.
